The holiday season is when members should be most aware and cautious of fraudulent activity. Please take note of the following tips to keep your finances and identity safe.

Personal information should never be given in response to unsolicited text messages, emails or telephone calls – even if they appear to come from a legitimate source.

Tremont Credit Union will never contact its members via phone, email, or text message to request personal information such as account numbers, passwords, debit or credit card numbers, or personal identification numbers (PINs).

  • If you are unsure of a phone call claiming to be from TCU, please hang up the phone and try calling back TCU at our main number: 1-800-370-1939
  • If you are unsure of an email claiming to be from TCU, please send us a secure email through this form
  • Please make sure to review your statements and account activity using Online Banking, or our convenient Mobile App
