Tremont Credit Union is pleased to announce that. Diane G. Papadakos has been named director of marketing and business development. In her new role, Papadakos is responsible for providing strategic direction around Tremont Credit Union’s marketing, advertising, public relations, branding, and business development efforts. She reports directly to the president and chief executive officer, George G. Hardiman.

Hardiman, president and chief executive officer. “With Diane’s skill set and expertise, we will continue to strategically market and grow the TCU brand with our select employer groups and communities we serve.”
Papadakos brings with her more than twenty-five years’ experience in the financial industry as a marketing executive within the financial and real estate investment/property management. She comes to Tremont Credit Union after spending nearly ten years in community banking managing marketing and business development. She has been nationally-recognized and awarded several marketing excellence awards throughout her career.
She received a bachelor’s degree in communications from University of Massachusetts-Amherst (cum laude), a masters of business administration and masters of science from Bay Path University with high honors. She is also certified in Value Based Six Sigma and Change Management. Papadakos is also active in business and civic affairs. She currently serves as treasurer and on the board of directors of New England Financial Marketing Association. She also serves on the board of the Somerville Chamber of Commerce, as a trustee for Harvey Wharf Association in Quincy and is a member of the B.P.O.E Lodge #1784.
