e-Statement Frequently Asked Questions

Members will receive an e-mail alerting when the e-Statements are available on the system. Store your account information securely using our servers – and it’s FREE.


As of June 25, 2015 all e-Statements will be viewed using a single sign-on via the Virtual Branch online banking platform. You will need to be a registered Virtual Branch user in order to access e-Statements. To log-in to the Virtual Branch visit www.tremontcu.org and select the green ‘Virtual Branch Log-in’ button located on the top right side of the page. Once you have logged-in to the Virtual Branch select the ‘Self Service’ tab and select the e-Statement option located in the ‘Additional Services’ section.

No. This is a free service for all members.

It takes less than 1 minute for your prior statements to appear after the registration process is completed.

An email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Yes. Normally you will be able to access your most recent e-Statement within a few days of the end of the month. Paper statements usually do not arrive at your mailing address until mid-month because they need to be printed, put in envelopes, and then mailed out.

Yes. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Log-in to the Virtual Branch and select the ‘Self Service’ tab, under the ‘Personal Options’ section select the ‘Personal Information’ option. Once viewing the ‘Personal Information’ page there will be an option to update your e-mail address. The update is immediate.

Yes. If you wish to no longer receive your statements by e-mail, you can cancel your e-Statements by selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ button on the e-Statement landing page. It may take up to thirty (30) days from receipt of this request for you to receive your next monthly statement by air mail.
